WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Gift5er recognizes the Buyer/Member’s right to fund or exchange under the following conditions: • All imprinted that arrived in good condition are not refundable. • The Member did not receive item(s) which they purchased. • Item(s) are not as depicted in the ad or as described. • Shipping container, box or package damaged along with contents inside. • Shipping container, box or package undamaged and yet the item(s) arrived in poor condition. • Item(s) shipped to incorrect address and irretrievable. • Item(s) does not function as intended and is not listed ‘as is’. ThatGreatDeal.com will to either refund or exchange the item(s) provided the buyer reports the issue(s) within 14 calendar days. Gift5er.com may accept returns up to 30 days under special circumstances in which the inspection of items were not possible within the 14 days requirements due to circumstances beyond the members’ control. The right to refund or exchange does not apply to item(s) clearly listed ‘as is’ or items listed as non-refundable such as with large orders.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING & DELIVERY?
We provide free shipping whenever possible to save our members money. We utilize all the major shipping companies like U.S.P.S., DHL, FedEx and U.P.S.. All orders are shipped usually within 7 to 14 days. In the situation regarding personalized or customized services the customer/member will receive email or text alerts with shipping and/or delivery dates.

WHAT IF I HAVE A LARGE ORDERS?
No problem! We are more than ready to fulfill large orders; however, we highly recommend that you submit your request at least two weeks early to make sure we have adequate time to process your order. Please also be aware that you will be required to pay in full on any large orders prior to production.
